Returns & Exchanges Policy

Authentic imported goods

LUXURY SOUQ sells authentic imported goods. Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including (but not limited to) incorrect sizing, preference changes, or if you decide you no longer want the item.

Please note: manufacturer warranties may not apply to imported goods.

Returns for major faults (7 days)

If your item has a major fault (for example: a manufacturing defect, damage on arrival, or you received the wrong item), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and make it right.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• in the same condition as received (unworn/unused),

• with original tags (if applicable),

• and in original packaging.

Exchanges (30 days)

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• unused and in original condition,

• and packaging is intact (original box, dust bag, inserts, protective wrap, etc.).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Sale items

Sale items are final. We do not offer a refund or exchange on sale items.

How to request a return or exchange

To request a return for a major fault or to organise an exchange, contact us at info@luxurysouq.au with:

• your order number,

• a brief description of the issue/request,

• and clear photos (if the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect).

Returns/exchanges must be approved before anything is sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds (only if approved for major faults)

If a return is approved due to a major fault, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take additional time to finalise).
